Grayslake woman arrested for prostituion at Libertyville spa

LIBERTYVILLE — Another employee of local massage parlor Dragon Spa, 402 Peterson Road, has been charged with prostitution.
Libertyville police arrested Xiaohong Wu, 41, Friday, Jan. 18.
Wu, of 101 Stockton Drive, Grayslake, was apprehended in her car as she arrived to work around 10 a.m.
The investigation was the result of a complaint police received from a Lake County resident. Wu allegedly propositioned him in early January.
A warrant for Wu’s arrest was issued Jan. 17 and her bond was set at $25,000.
After being arrested, she posted the required 10 percent of her bond and was released from custody.
Her court date is set for Feb. 15 in Lake County Circuit Court.
Dragon Spa employee Hong Yang was arrested and charged with prostitution Jan. 8, following an investigation by the Lake County Sheriff’s Office and Libertyville police.
Libertyville Police Sgt. Dennis Meserve said Friday there are currently no other open investigations into employees of the spa.
