Grayslake man found dead

GRAYSLAKE— A 34-year-old man was found dead in the snow near his apartment in the 400 block of Slusser Street on Wednesday.
Lake County Coroner Dr. Thomas Rudd said Thursday that Anthony Tamore suffered from alcoholism, seizures and was a smoker. Authorities also found an illicit drug in his system, but more laboratory tests are needed to determine what, he said.
Rudd said the death appears to be an overdose.
Tamore was found outside his apartment building by the building manager and had been lying in the snow for hours.
