Zion police: Arrest turns up crack cocaine, marijuana, ecstasy

A 28-year-old Zion woman was arrested this week by the Zion Police Drug and Gang Task Force after a search warrant revealed 40 grams of crack cocaine, 40 grams of marijuana, ecstasy pills and 42 counterfeit $100 bills inside her apartment, police said.
Alana Aguilar was arrested just after 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, at her apartment, 2208 Hebron Ave., and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession with intent to deliver, unlawful possession with intent to deliver within 1,000 feet of a park, unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver and forgery, for possessing the counterfeit money.
She was due in court for a bond hearing Sept. 1.
