New Waukegan eatery to open Feb. 21

WAUKEGAN — Waukegan Main Street has announced the grand opening of 17 North Bar and Grill on Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. at 17 N. Genesee St.
The new establishment will feature burgers, salads, wraps and something for everyone, including Rueben sandwiches.
The owners of 17 North is also the same group that owns and manages TR’s Front Row on Greenwood Avenue in Waukegan.
