The Greater Waukegan Development Coalition: A Wine and Craft Beer Tasting will be held from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Nov. 9 at the Waukegan Yacht Club, 199 N. Harbor Place. Chat and network with neighbors, business people and professionals in Lake County. There will be appetizers and more than 60 distilled spirits and craft beers available to sample. There will also an auction featuring unique gifts and one-of-a-kind experiences. Proceeds from the event go toward the development of vital programs that support area entrepreneurs and businesses including the platform that provides a crowdfunding platform providing financial support for business ideas.
