Kroll’s Fall Harvest Corn Maze through Halloween from noon to 8 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays; from noon to 11 p.m. Fridays, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturdays, and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sundays. Admission is $7, $5 for children 12 and under, free for ages 3 years and under.
LAMBS FARM: Intersection of I-94 and Route 176, Libertyville. (847) 990-3706; lambsfarm.org. The Haunted Harvest of Lambs Farm from 6 to 10 p.m. Saturdays through Oct. 27. There will be a pumpkin patch, Graveyard Golf, Creature Walk, Enchanted Carousel and the Train of Terror. Admission is $15 for an all-night pass, individual pricing also available.

Pumpkin Patch through Oct. 31, Monday through Friday from noon to 8 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. A portion of the proceeds will benefit high school students and young adults who are going on mission trips to Dominican Republic. Entertainment will be available on the weekends.
RYERSON WOODS: Riverwoods Road between Half Day and Deerfield roads, just west of the I-94. (847) 968-3321; lcfpd.org. Halloween Hikes Oct. 26-27. One-hour guided group hike along a candlelit path. Hikes begin every 30 minutes from 6 to 8 p.m. For families with children ages 12 and under. Cost is $7 for residents, $9 for nonresidents. Kids ages 3 and under are free. Registration required.
SUSANNA FARMS: 24153 Town Line Road, Lake Villa. Daily through Oct. 28 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pumpkins, hayrides, corn mazes, face painting, and farm animals. The Haunted Hayride Friday and Saturday nights through Oct. 28 from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Admission is $10. Barn dance Oct. 20 from 7 to 10 p.m. Tickets are $25 and include barn dance and barbecue dinner.
THE REALM OF TERROR HAUNTED HOUSE: Behind Kristof’s Entertainment Center, 421 W. Rollins Road, Round Lake Beach. (847) 363-8799; www.realmofterror.com. Open Oct. 20-21, 25-31, Sunday through Thursday from 7 to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 7 p.m. to midnight. Tickets are $16-30.
