Sing-Along Messiah at Raue Center for the Arts

CRYSTAL LAKE — Voices in Harmony and the McHenry County College Choir, under the direction of Steven Szalaj, will present the Sing-Along Messiah at 4 p.m. Dec. 15 at the Raue Center for the Arts, 26 N. Williams St. Dr. Paige Lush will lead the audience.

The Messiah will be presented with a 25-piece orchestra and projections of Timothy Botts calligraphy on the texts being sung. The concert will feature soloists Kirsten Leslie (soprano), A.J. Wester (mezzo soprano), Peder Reiff (tenor), and Rick Ziebarth (bass baritone).

Messiah scores will be available for purchase for $10. Concert ticket prices are $15-$18 and are available through the Raue Box Office. Voices in Harmony’s featured charity for the Messiah concert is the Crystal Lake Food Pantry. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring food.
