Navy Seaman Apprentice Eric Mullally, son of Amy and Peter Mullally of Barrington; and Navy Seaman Jake Lilo, son of Shirley and Steven Lilo of Lake Villa, were promoted to their current rank upon graduation from recruit training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes. They received the early promotion for outstanding performance during all phases of the training cycle. Mullally is a 2011 graduate of Barrington High School. Lilo is a 2009 graduate of Grayslake North High School.
