Retail theft: Martha Rivera, 51, of Cicero was charged with Class A misdemeanor retail theft for stealing $180 in sterling-silver jewelry from Kohls.

Retail theft: Niciletta Purtee, 49, of Salem, Wis., was charged with Class 3 felony retail theft for stealing more than $1,000 in merchandise from Kohls.

DUI: Mark Minor, 33, of Harvey was cited for DUI, speeding and improper lane usage.

Suspicious activity: The owner of a vehicle that was parked in the 800 block of Adderly Lane reported gas had been siphoned from her vehicle.

Drug charge: Matthew Fidlow, 23, of Gurnee was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Retail theft: Tannia Hernandez, 19, of Waukegan was charged with ordinance retail theft for stealing $44 of jewelry from Kohls.

DUI: David Jimenez, 33, of Waukegan was charged with DUI and improper lane usage.
