Boil order in Zion

Due to emergency repairs on a water main, the city of Zion issued a boil order effective at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9.
Water used for cooking and drinking should be boiled for at least five minutes.
As a precautionary measure, the boil order will remain in effect until further notice.
For results of the water sampling, contact the Public Works Department at (847) 746-4060, or after hours, contact the Police Department at (847) 872-8000.
