Gurnee

DUI: James Carreon, 25, of Pleasant Prairie, Wis., was charged with speeding and DUI.

DUI: Kristopher Webster, 33, of Lake Zurich was charged with DUI, driving with a suspended license, no insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Retail theft: Jose Adames, 22, and Erick Algea, 20, both of Milwaukee, were charged with retail theft for stealing clothing from Sears Grand.

Retail theft: Alexander Price, 22, of Libertyville was charged with retail theft for stealing from Sports Authority.

DUI: Arlyn Quitevis, 24, of Waukegan was charged with DUI and improper lane usage.

DUI: Mario Bustamonte, 25, of Waukegan was charged with DUI, improper lane usage, driving the wrong way in a lane and no insurance.

Theft: Merlin Monrroy, 25, of Waukegan was charged with theft for stealing after an Apple iPhone was stolen from Warren Township High School’s aerobics room.

Lake Villa

Drug possession: Victoria Mead, 22, 2172 N. Sunrise Drive, Round Lake Beach, was charged Jan. 27 with possession of marijuana and drug equipment and driving a vehicle with a defective exhaust and without proof of insurance. She has a North Branch court hearing March 14.

Drug possession: Jeffrey Matthews, 29, 910 Central Park, Round Lake Beach, was charged Jan. 28 with possession of drug equipment, improper lane use and driving without proof of insurance.

Multiple charges: Gintavtas Ziemys, 39, 23069 W. Lake Shore Drive, Antioch, was charged with interfering with a police officer, windshield violation, no valid license or proof of insurance in a traffic stop Jan. 31. He has a hearing at North Branch Court March 14.
