Antioch
DUI: Jessica Leonhardt, 34, 661 Main St., was arrested at her home and charged with DUI, possession of a controlled substance, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving an uninsured vehicle. She had a court hearing in Waukegan.
DUI: Angela Kincaid, 39, 2023 Elim Ave., Zion, was arrested Oct. 4 at Burger King, 338 Main St., and charged with DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia. She has a court hearing Nov. 13.
Retail theft: Zuhiet Hall, 22, and Floricely Cowo, 38, both of 1228 Tobin Court, Waukegan, were arrested Oct. 11 at Walmart and charged with retail theft. They were remanded on $1,500 bond each and are scheduled for North Branch court hearings Nov. 21.
Retail theft: Nicole Snelson, 28, Keith Knigge, 36, and Thomas Brunner, 25, all of 42678 Lake Ave., were arrested Oct. 14 at Jewel-Osco, 966 Route 59, and charged with retail theft. They were each remanded on $1,500 bond and have court hearings in Waukegan Nov. 7.
Gurnee
Retail theft: Dina Hernandez, 18, of Gurnee was charged with theft for stealing four tubes of lipstick worth $31 from Sears Grand. She was released on a recognizance bond.
Trespassing: Omar Espinosa, 25, of Cicero was cited with criminal trespassing for an incident at Six Flags Great America.
Retail theft: Sarah Prichett, 18, of Lake Villa was charged with retail theft for stealing $112 worth of cosmetics from Kohl’s.
Trespassing: Three subjects were charged with criminal trespassing on railroad tracks and resisting a police officer. Alexander Knuth, 19, of Round Lake, Kevin Cyplick, 22, of Gurnee and Nicholas Wu, 19, were all cited. Wu was also cited with possession of alcohol by a minor.
