Antioch

DUI: Krzysztof Dziadziak, 39, of Niles was charged with DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and following too closely. He was released on bond pending a Nov. 13 court hearing.

Drug possession: Caleb Adkins, 20, of 1061 Cambridge Drive, Grayslake, was arrested in the 1000 block of Waterview Circle and charged with illegal possession of alcohol, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and obstructing/resisting a police officer. He was released on bond pending a court hearing.

Criminal damage: Cheri Sinkovec, 26, of Kenosha, Wis., was charged with criminal damage to property at 183 Zelinger Lane. She has a court hearing Nov. 7.

Obstruction: Mason Aron, 25927 Kathryn Drive, Antioch, was charged with obstructing a police officer and improper parking at 384 Lake St. He has a court hearing Nov. 8 in Waukegan.

Drug possession: Shawn Zawacki, 18, Thornton, Colo., was arrested in the 400 block of Orchard Street and charged with illegal possession of alcohol, marijuana and drug paraphernalia with intent to deliver. He was remanded on a $2,000 bond pending a court hearing.

Warrant arrest: Edita Moore, 29, of 762 Main St., Antioch, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and taken to Lake County Jail.

Lake Villa

Theft: Darin Bolander Jr., 24, of Milwaukee, was arrested at Nielsen Enterprises, 130 S. Milwaukee Ave., and charged with theft by deception. He has a court hearing Nov. 14.

Battery: Aaron Keith, 21, of 21428 W. Engle Drive, Lake Villa, was arrested Oct. 28 in the 200 block of Briar Ridge and charged with battery, disorderly conduct and resisting a peace officer. He has a court hearing in Waukegan on Nov. 15.

Lindenhurst

DUI: Anthony Timm, 31, of 39585 Dilleys Road, Wadsworth, was arrested and charged with two counts of DUI and endangering the life of a child, illegal transportation of liquor, expired registration and driving an uninsured vehicle. He was released on a $3,000 bond with a court appearance set for Nov. 13.

Retail theft: Nicole Snelson, 28, and Thomas Brunner, 30, of Lindenhurst were arrested at Walgreens, 399 S. Route 45, and charged with retail theft. Keith Knigge, 36, also of Lindenhurst, was charged with possession of stolen property. They were also arrested and charged with retail theft at Walgreens in Lake Villa. They were released on bond pending court hearings.
