Retail theft: Susan Hoselton, 49, was charged with retail theft for allegedly taking $285.56 of items from Walmart.
Weapons: Cesar Garcia, 24, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon and driving while license suspended.
Drugs: Benjamin Sampath Vogtman, 22, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis, DUI and driving without insurance.
Retail theft: Kevin Lopez, 20, was cited with retail theft for allegedly taking earrings worth $20 from Kohl’s.
Trespassing: Maksim Gudalevich, 24, and Jeffery McCentee, 22, were charged with criminal trespassing for entering Walmart property. They were banned from the store for allegedly threatening store managers.
Retail theft: Adriana Rodriguez, 23, was charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing items from Ulta Cosmetics and Salon.
Reckless driving: Ahmad Arazani, 53, of Gurnee was issued a ticket for driving on a sidewalk. He was observed riding a motorcycle on a sidewalk near Warren Township High School’s O’Plaine Campus.
Retail theft: Javier Salgado, 21, of Zion was cited with retail theft for allegedly stealing sunglasses and a Wii accessory from Sears Grand.
Drugs: Christopher Horst, 21, of Madison, Wis., was cited for possession of cannabis.
Drugs: Jessie Garcia, 21, of Waukegan was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, lane usage, suspended driver’s license and no insurance.
Retail theft: Nicholas Pilcher, 18, of Trevor, Wis., was cited with retail theft for allegedly stealing $22.50 of jewelry from Claire’s Boutique.
