Antioch
Retail theft: Hope Russell, 57, and Chase Russell, 56, of Kenosha were each arrested on two counts of retail theft from Walmart, 475 E. Route 173, Nov. 23 with court hearings at Waukegan courthouse Dec. 17.
DUI: Patrice Piechur, 60, 26118 W. Grand Ave., Ingleside, was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with DUI, illegal transportation of liquor, improper lane use, defective windshield and driver’s license not on person. She has a court hearing in Waukegan Dec. 12.
Obstruction: John Krueger, 51, 764 Main St., was charged Dec. 1 with obstructing a peace officer at Bernie’s Marathon, 830 Main St. He was fined $100 and has an adjudication court hearing Jan. 3.
Domestic battery: Tracy Leatherman, 34, Twin Lakes, Wis., was arrested Dec. 1 at 665 Edelweiss Drive and charged with domestic battery, violation of an order of protection and two counts of resisting a peace officer. A court hearing was held Dec. 10.
Gurnee
Retail theft: Alyssa Lass, 18, of Antioch was cited with theft for taking clothing and damaging some items at Sears Grand.
Drugs: Curtis Boyd, 35, of Matteson was cited with possession of cannabis after baggies of cannabis were found in his room at KeyLime Cove.
