Drug charges: Neil Justus, 34, 36812 Elizabeth Drive, was charged Dec. 15 with expired registration, no rear registration plate light, defective windshield and possession of drug equipment. In the same incident Jacob Bentall, 21, 729 Turkey Run Road, Round Lake Heights, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug equipment. Both have North Branch Court hearings Jan. 9.
Violation: Edward Donner, 58, 611 Brooking Court, was arrested for violating the sex offender act and taken to bond court Nov. 26.
Tobacco sales: Vincent Rodriguez, 42, 701 Waters Edge, was charged Dec. 3 with unlawful distribution of tobacco to minors at BP Gas Station, 980 E. Grand Ave. He has a court hearing in Waukegan Dec. 28.
Vandalism: A homeowner in the 38000 block of Fairfield reported to police Nov. 26 that their home was vandalized and the sliding door was shattered and pipes were damaged.
