Models search: Aspiring local models between the ages of 4 and 27 can compete in Sunburst Beauty Pageant’s model search Feb. 2 at 11 a.m. at Gurnee Mills (Showcourt), 6170 W. Grand Ave. Contestants will be judged on beauty, overall appearance and personality for the chance to reign as local Sunburst Queen and be entered in the Illinois State Finals. Each contestant will receive a crown and trophy for entering the competition. Participants are required to dress in evening wear. Entry fee is $45, additional costs for multiple event entries.
