Trespass/peddling: Ryan Malik, 24, Oak Forest, was charged with criminal trespass to a residence and peddling without a license at 1065 Dana Court. He has a North Branch Court hearing Feb. 20.
Battery: Rachael Pawlak, 20, 1422 Eagle Ridge Drive, was charged with battery at her home. A juvenile was also charged in the same incident. Both were fined $100 by the village adjudication court.
Disorderly: Michael Specht, 50, 25196 W. Route 173, was charged with disorderly conduct. He has a North Branch Court hearing March 20.
Retail theft: Harley Hall, 480 North Ave., was arrested at Piggly Wiggly and charged with retail theft and illegal possession of alcohol. He has a court hearing in Waukegan Feb. 20.
Possession: Jason Klis, 21, Kildeer, was arrested at CVS Pharmacy and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and theft. He has a court hearing Feb. 25.
Trespass/resisting: Lance Mehaffey, 31, 992 Victoria St., was charged with criminal trespass to property and resisting a police officer at his home. He has a North Branch Court hearing Feb. 20.
