Ditka’s son indicted on DUI count

The son of former Chicago Bears Coach Mike Ditka was indicted by a Lake County grand jury on a charge of aggravated DUI.
Michael Ditka, 49, was arrested April 20 in the parking lot of his Deerfield apartment complex.
He faces a felony DUI count because he was arrested twice in Lake County for DUI.
Arraignment is scheduled July 8. He was freed after posting 10 percent of his $1,000 bond.
If convicted, Ditka faces up to seven years in prison. He could also serve probation.
