Donations: Village of Libertyville Sports Complex Driving Range “Food Drive” will be held during the months of November and December to benefit the Libertyville Township Food Pantry. People can donate canned and non-perishable food items at the Sports Complex Driving Range, corner of Route 45 and Peterson Road. Golfers donating 2 or more food items during the 2-month Food ‘Drive’ will receive a 15 percent discount off the purchase of any priced Golf Range Card for each food donation visit. Mundelein

Session and screening: St. Mary of the Annunciation will offer screenings of “Catholicism,” a film series created by Fr. Robert Barron. Acclaimed author, theologian and priest for the Chicago Archdiocese, Barron has prepared an amazing journey around the world and a deep into the Catholic faith. Filmed in 50 locations in 15 countries, this film series is the most vivid illustrated teaching tool ever created about the Catholic faith. Barron’s work has recently been broadcasted locally on PBS. Study groups also are available following each screening. All are welcome to attend an information session, including a preview Nov. 17 at St. Mary of the Annunciation Catholic Church, 22333 W. Erhart Road. Screening of all 10 episodes will begin Nov. 30. Check complete schedule at www.stmaryfc.org. Registration is required, but there is no fee to attend.
