Grayslake

Traffic arrest: Agustin Barrera, 36, of 923 S. Lake St., Apt. 1, Mundelein, was stopped at Route 137 and Ivanhoe Road recently and charged with operating an uninsured vehicle, driving with a suspended/revoked license, suspended registration, possession of a fraudulent identification and defective windshield.

Traffic arrest: Samuel Carter, 19, of 18558 West Old Plank Road, unincorporated Grayslake, was arrested Feb. 7 on Route 45 for not using a turn signal, loud muffler, driving under the influence and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Warrant arrest: Shaun Ellis-Schweet, 32, of 1008 Manchester Circle, Grayslake, was arrested recently after turning himself in at the police department for two warrants for possession of a firearm without an FOID card by a felon and possession of ammunition without a FOID card as a felon.

Violations: Christopher Burnett, 31, of 349 Getchell Ave., was arrested recently for violations of the sex offender registration.

Lake Villa

Battery arrest: Adam Frank, 27, 885 W. Trail North, Grayslake, was arrested and charged with battery. He has a hearing scheduled March 14 at North Branch court.
