Zion man arrested in Wis.

PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — A young Zion man was taken into custody after allegedly entering unlocked vehicles.
At 3 a.m. On Oct. 9, a Pleasant Prairie police officer on patrol observed a young man dressed in all black running north through a residential yard in the 3600 block of 109th Street. As the officer was attempting to catch up to the young man, he observed a second young man dressed in all black running through residential yards.
After a brief foot chase, one of the young men was located. Officers learned that the two young men had been entering unlocked vehicles in the subdivision and taking items of value. Officers located numerous items taken from vehicles in the area.
A 19-year old was taken into custody and was subsequently transported to the Kenosha County Jail. Pleasant Prairie Police detectives are continuing their investigation of the incident and did not release the suspect’s name.
