Waukegan preschool to reopen Monday

The plumbing issue that closed the Waukegan School District’s EPIC preschool program’s North Shore location on Julian Street last week appears to have been resolved, and classes will resume as scheduled on Monday.
School-district officials will continue to monitor the situation.
The EPIC community thanks all parents and guardians for their understanding and patience during this unexpected emergency.
