Culinary and French pastry chef Keith Wilson of Waukegan gave a soul food demonstration for Black History Month at the Waukegan Township Park Place Senior Center.
Wilson studied at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute in Chicago, which included studying in mission star restaurants in Belgium, and he studied in Germany and Italy.
Some of the ingredients Wilson uses in his recipes include organic oregano, bread crumbs, black pepper, creole seasoning, parsley, dill, purple carrots and ground beef and/or ground pork.
