Grayslake North High School’s girls basketball team took control of the Fox Valley Conference Fox Division race with a 46-36 win over visiting Grayslake Central on Wednesday night.

The Knights are 15-1 overall (loss was to CL South) and 5-0 in the division. Grayslake Central is 4-1 in the division.

North outscored Central 15-6 in the second quarter to take command of the game.

Kendall Detweiler and Brittney Thibeaux each scored 13 points and Joanna Guhl added 12 in the win.

Morgan Dahlstrom had 15 points for Central.
